Since 2012 KBC has changed significantly, and is fast developing into Ireland’s most innovative consumer retail bank with competitive banking products, excellent customer service and the latest in banking technology at the heart of the business. With a significant amount of new customers joining KBC this year alone, KBC is continuing to expand with new products and a network of walk in hubs.
This includes the opening of new locations in Cork, Kilkenny, Kildare, Wicklow & Dublin since January 2015. The latest hub, on Dublin’s College Green, has presented the opportunity to evolve the already well established KBC brand by creating a new flagship retail banking store within a prime capital city centre location.

Our Role
The creation of a new destination for customers to meet KBC financial advisors in comfortable, informal surroundings in key locations nationwide. Successfully obtaining a new customer base for KBC through walk-in retail trade.
