Red Cow Hotel

Red Cow Hotel, Dublin

The project involved the addition of two floors on the old structure along with the transformation of the entire facade to ensure the iconic status of the Red Cow continues in the future.

Douglas Wallace completed the planning and fire cert applications in late 2018 and are now developing the tender pack information including specifications which will go out to contractors in Q4 2019 to commence on site H2 2020.

Using our expertise and knowledge in the hotel sector our approach is one of functionality in both front and back of house to ensure seamless service for the hotel guests.

Working closely with the inhouse management team we are ensuring that disruption to the hotel operation is kept to an absolute minimum during the construction stage and that the project is delivered via a well thought through and methodical project process.

We look forward to keeping you updated on this very exciting project.
